Coming to the Abbey
You’ve booked your ticket, and you’re heading to Christchurch soon! This page will hopefully have all the information you’ll need to prepare for the weekend, including:

What to bring
Bedding: Everyone coming to the Abbey will need to bring bedding! Please bring a pillow, sleeping bag, sheet.
Towel and any toiletries needed.
Clothing - It’s winter, bring the warm layers for outside! Casual day clothes for inside.
The swimming pool will be open, so bring togs if you’re keen.
Football get up if you want to play in the annual North vs South match.
A coffee cart will be on site on Saturday, so bring some $$ if you want your caffeine fix.

Arrival and Departures
Start time: Registrations open at 5pm Friday 17 August. You are welcome to arrive anytime from then and sign in at the welcome desk, find your bed and get settled. Please remember to bring your own kai for dinner.
The first session will start at 7.30pm with a mihi whakatau, followed by worship and a keynote speaker.
End time: Camp will end after lunch (12.30pm) on Sunday 19 August, and we’ll all be off-site by 2pm.
How to get to Living Springs
Living Springs outdoor retreat and conference centre located at the southern end of the Port Hills in Whakaraupō / Lyttelton Harbour. It is situated on a 420-hectare property in the Allandale valley, just 25 minutes (about 25 km) southeast of Christchurch's central city.

Airport vans: We have arranged vans from Christchurch Airport to Living Springs, departing at 6pm.
These vans will depart for the airport at 1.30pm on Sunday afternoon. Email us if you’d like to be included on the van list.
