`Why do I have to fill in a separate registration form for each attendant ?
Each person attending The Abbey must complete a separate registration form to ensure we have accurate, up-to-date information for every individual.
Attendees may have different medical needs, emergency contacts, permissions, or support requirements, and collecting this information separately helps us keep everyone safe and properly cared for as well as ensuring that everyone gets a bed!
Individual forms also allow us to meet safeguarding and legal requirements, and ensure that important details are not missed or confused between attendees. This process helps the conference run smoothly and ensures the best possible experience for all participants
`Will I be photographed/filmed over the weekend
If you selected on your registration form that you wished to not have photos taken of you, you will receive an orange lanyard when you sign in on the Friday night. Please wear this throughout the weekend so that our camera team are able to easily identify you. To check out the photos/videos that will be going out on social media over the weekend click on the social buttons at the end of this email to follow us.
